Shipping + Returns

Shipping and Handling

  • Our  packages are sent Monday - Friday via USPS as the carrier at checkout for Standard Delivery
  • Standard Delivery via the Postal Service on Domestic orders normally take 7-10 business days
  • Standard Delivery via the Postal Service on International orders can take up to 3-4 weeks
  • Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, shipping and handling

For shipping on our Skin Sheek Esthetic Machines and equipment please allow 1-2 weeks for production, if your financing your machine with us your financing forms must be completed and returned before your machine will ship out. 

For shipping any SimplySkin products or equipment on order please allow 1-2 week 

Holidays + Sales

Please add 1-2 days to shipping time frames during Holidays + Sales, Add 1-2 weeks on esthetic machines and equipment, as most carriers are closed for Holidays and we often experience a higher volume of orders during these times. 

Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges. If you have further inquiries, please contact us via email at service@skinsheek.com

Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted on qualified merchandise within 30 DAYS of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN OPENED/USED FINAL SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AND ARE NONREFUNDABLE. Current promotions may not be applied to previous purchases. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please note: shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Re-stocking fee maybe applied.FINAL SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AND ARE NONREFUNDABLE. Unless the product is defective or mis-shipped by Skin Sheek.

Payment credit
  • Products needing return that were purchased using an online payment service (i.e., PayPal, PayPal Credit) will be refunded to your preferred credit card or issued as a store merchandise credit.
  • A store credit will be issued on a return, providing the return is accompanied by the Gift Receipt.
  • In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.
